Delay...

There will be a delay in my High-Speed connection!

As must always be expected -things never work out as planned! (....but , still, I am taken by surprise-over and over again!!)

Wednesday they will connect my service but Tuesday Marc will have to be leaving again! He will be hundreds of miles out of my reach by Wednesday! I was hoping Marc (my SIL) could be here- In fact- was counting on it - to help me get set up!

I almost wish I had never attempted this switch over to DSL! :(

  2. Hi Tammy,

In my case there will be no service people involved- in the home...We were given all the stuff in a box...

Only Phone help will be available...
    It'll work out, I guess!

;) I guess my Alli can help me figure it out!

  3. Hello Junierose, I too looove your kettle. I really enjoy things like that. You may have already heard this quote from "Debbie" She said that she could understand Eddie wanting Elizabeth, but, she could never work out why Elizabeth would want him. "Touche". It would not surprise you to know I am definately not an Elizabeth fan. Cheers Margaret.

  4. :)

Yes, Margaret, I think I DO remember something like that from Debbie!

...I was a romantic teen at the time of Debbie and Eddie and Liz- I thought- marriages were supposed to be forever- especially with little kids involved! :) live and learn!

  8. Hello June ~~Thanks for your comments.
About getting the broadband on, it is not difficult. I am not near as clever as you and managed to get mine
connected in a weeek, with a couple of phone calls to Netspace. They were so helpful. I am not as bad as the customers in my last post, but not a lot better either. The hearing is a problem Could Charles take the call and relay what they say to do. Good luck June. Take care, Love, Merle.
