I finally did it!
It took me 3 days to get started but tonight I just DID IT! I made those Harvest Cakes! I always try to do them in advance of the actual Big Turkey day to make it a little easier! Now...if I can only find a safe place to hide them, in the WAY BACK of my freezer, I'll be ok!!
Lol- I DO make a big mess-but that's ok!
Some happy moments happened today for me!

Three of the kids stopped by- my daughter, Tina, grandson, Brian and granddaughter, Allison! That's always a pleasure for
me!

I learned today that Sarah McLachlan has a new CHRISTMAS CD out! I can't wait to get it!! Some of it can be heard here and it is just beautiful!

While I made the cakes I was playing my James Taylor Christmas music and then I played Dan Fogelberg's 'First Christmas Morning,'...a wonderful night of music!
NOW- hope I can sleep!

The Harvest cakes are very good- I'm glad I was able to get them made...I haven't been in much of a mood to do much for this holiday!
