Old Cars ~ Old Folks ~ and some Ducks!

Today we went to this car show in our town. This was held here at our Tuscawilla park. It was another fine day to be out for a couple hours. Lots of people out to see these old cars.

Old folks love old cars!

This 'kid' also liked these ducks! :)

  1. Some fascinating old cars - my experience doesn't go back past a '40 Ford. It's amazing to me that they are able to keep them so mechanically sound after all these years. I too like to watch the ducks (and geese). :) ec

  2. EC,

Those old cars were really beautiful...probably a lot prettier than they were when new! :) Yes- it IS amazing to me also how they can keep them running so well.

:) I actually thought of your geese as I was posting these duck pictures tonight! I like reading about the activity at the pond at your place!

    Thanks for coming by.

  3. I love those old cars and those look like very, very old cars! They are the best kind! The geese are pretty too!

I liked reading about the Yearling Restaurant. That sounds like a fun place to go and your Victory Ride I know was fun, even if it was windy!

  4. I'd much rather look at ducks than cars any day! QUAAACK!!! :) Glad you got to do both, though.

  5. Hi Rachel,

Yes- these were very old cars...

and very interesting to look at.

...About motorcycle riding...there is NO WAY to keep your hair from getting tied in knots!

Even tho I have my long hair in a clip or tied up someway- it still gets in a big mess! :) But I enjoy it a lot.

I'm happy you enjoyed our 'Yearling -outing!'

  6. Hi Skye,

:) I like watching the ducks, too!

It reminds me of when our kids were little and we'd take them to the park to feed the ducks...always a big deal for little kids!

  7. I try not to go to an 'antique' anything because someone always tries to buy me from Marilyn for 50 cents.
