Sky Watch Friday ~2~6~'09
It's time for Sky Watch Friday again!
Go here for more SWF pictures around the world!
Just a LOT of blue here in Ocala for the past couple of days- with sunny days and cold temperatures at night!
The tree with small white blooms is a wild plum . It's one of the first things that bloom in late winter-early spring; along with the Camellias,
(the red bloom in another picture) and the Red Bud trees! (mine is not yet blooming)
My new garden flag may give you the idea that I am ready for spring!
I sure am! :)

Great sky pics. I'm jealous of your plum blossoms. It will be awhile before we see any.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blue skies. Can't wait to see some blossoms on trees here in Oklahoma. Hope you have great weekend. =)
ReplyDeleteGreat photographs! I am so ready for spring too! It can't come soon enough for me!
ReplyDeleteDid you get clouds on Groundhog Day up there like we did down here south of Lake Okeechobee. No doubt now you are battling the cold: it didn't freeze down here in Naples, but we are close to the water.
ReplyDeleteAt first I thought the white blooms were snow. I think I prefer blooms!
ReplyDeleteIt's nice for this Canadian to see some buds and blooms.
ReplyDeleteAs I sit here drinking my first cup of coffee of the day, I am enjoying not only your great photos but also your choice in music. Thanks for both and Happy SkyWatch Friday :)
ReplyDeleteI love your sky pictures! Our sky was pretty and blue too but it was too cold to get out. I love the red buds when they bloom and especially the dogwood and azaleas.
ReplyDeleteBLOOMS??? WoW!! Guess I'd best start looking for bits of Spring around Here!!
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend sweetie!!hughugs
Nothing but blue skies for you Junie!
ReplyDeleteI've been having cabin fever for days so I'm ready for spring too.
There is green popping up in my flowerbeds so I'm getting hopeful.
Blue skies nothing like blue skies!
ReplyDeleteYour blue sky is beautiful. It looks like spring to me!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great version of "A Day in the Life"! Thanks.
That sunset below is unbelievable. Truly glorious!
I hope all is well.
Thanks to all of you for your nice comments about my Blue Skies!
