Update for Charles:
Happy news-
A heart stent was not necessary after all. The damage that showed from the stress test was of previous damage (according to this doctor!) and the heart had compensated by producing other arteries around the damaged area!
(No- it doesn't make a lot of sense to me either but what can you do but believe what the doctor says?)
There are other factors involved- such as a very low Vit B-12 reading that may account for the fatigue and shortness of breath! Also wt- and lack of organized exercise plays a roll here.
(according to the doctor!)
~So we have a game plan!~
Anyway- for the moment-Happy-Happy!!
Junie
Well, I guess that's good then. Yay!
ReplyDeleteThanks for letting us know, Junie. Yes, it's difficult to understand some of what doctor's say isn't it?
ReplyDeleteI hope Charles will begin to feel better soon. :)
