~ Poinsettia ~
I simply call it the
"Christmas Flower!"
These beautiful flowers have always been an essential addition to my Christmas decorating!
Every year we buy a few in pots, for the house, and after the holidays, plant them at our place here in Ocala, Fl.
The climate is not ideal but we manage to have a few grow and bloom each time. This one that I am posing by is planted in our front entrance garden.
This seems to be a good location, as it's an enclosed courtyard. The plants are better protected here, and I can take care of them better with remembering to water and clip and feed!
They are worth the effort!

ReplyDeleteI so envy you that you can plant them and have them grow. I have tried the in the dark closet thing and a couple of other things but they just die up here!
