...and speaking of smiles...

This is a follow -up of my last post!

SMILES just automatically happen when I am with my kids! :)
This is Alli (my ONLY granddaughter) and me at the Eagle Scout gathering! 2-21-06

Here's some lyrics - as sung by 'Old Blue Eyes,' Frank Sinatra

When You're Smiling

When you’re smilin’, when you’re smilin’
The whole world smiles with you
When you’re laughin’, when you’re laughin’
The sun comes shinin’ through

  1. I just love the smiles and love to be the reason someone smiles. It worked well on my daughters and now on my "grands" also. Their smiles do my heart good! ec

  4. Thanks,

Alli is 15 (and my youngest grandchild)
She was almost a Christmas baby- she came at about 4:am on Dec.26th!

    She's very special! :)

...but they ALL are- as you have already found out with your little one!

Doesn't your chest swell with pride and your heart with love at moments like this. I know that I am doublely lucky having two loving granddaughters in my life. And like mine your Alli is beautiful.

    AH,YES!!

There's nothing that equals being a grandparent!

Having my 3 boys and ALLI has been just grand!

Yes, Alli is beautiful but the best part is -she's so sweet and loving too!

    Thanks for your comments.

I have been checking your site too, but was unable to post there yesterday, for some reason!

  8. Yes-

lots of nice folks around these days! :)

Yep, not a bad pic-if you can get past that messy hair of mine :)

Look at that curl right in the middle of my forehead!
    lol!

Reminds me of that old rhyme...

"There was a little girl who had a little curl, right in the middle of her forehead.
When she was good she was very, very good-but when she was bad she was horrid!" :)

Hey-did you go to About Mom: ??

    Love ya,

    Ginga
