....Charles just came across this old photo of that 'Famous Schwinn Bike' of the 'Jake' story (Story in May'06 Archives)
This photo was probably in 1948- so a couple years after the story of Jake and the bike! The little boy is a nephew and another nephew, barely visible, at the back.
