Happy St. Patrick's Day

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I will be cooking my corned beef and cabbage a little later! ;)
How about you?

~~~
I was up late last night listening to this CD my son surprised me with!
It's Rod Stewart
- doing covers of some classic songs of other Rock performers. This is a very mellow collection. Very enjoyable listening.
Here is Rod Stewart in action - in the early days. ( not from this cd collection)
Rod Stewart is another performer who has lasted through the years!
Thanks, Chris! I enjoyed this a lot!
Love,
Mom
  1. I have his first two Great American Songbook CDs and I love his rendition of the old love longs.
  2. Morning Glory,
    I've always liked his singing- especially the love songs....but never had any of his albums.
    This one is very good.
    PS...Junie, I've changed my blog address...I sent out an email but several bounced back to me for some reason...sigh!!
    Click the above profile line and it should bring your right back over...you might want to change it in your side bar too!
  4. Tammy,
    I'm lazy about getting around to keeping up my blog roll! ...but I want to try to get caught up with that...makes it so much easier!
    As it is, if I don't have someone on my side bar I usually visit them from someone else's site- if they don't visit me that day.
    Have a happy day!
    I was fortunate enough to obtain all four song book albums and find myself singing my little heart out because I know the words from way back when!!
