Behind Blue Eyes (Project Blue #9)

Behind Blue Eyes

Behind Blue Eyes ~ The Who- 1979

Today I went to a blog I often visit and was happily surprised to hear this song playing ...my all time favorite rock group~ 'The Who!'

I just had to post this vid again! Hope Timtimtimes will not mind that I'm a bit of a copy cat today! :)

LOL- Had to use my old tired blue eyes here- but that's ok!

Enjoy!

  1. I remember that song. I like the Who too. Saw them in person once when they were in the smashing up the guitars stage.

    LOL

Have a great Sunday, my dear.

That's one of my favorites by them... oh, by anyone, actually. One of my all time fav songs. Neat photo, too... kinda goes with the song just perfectly, though I hope your blue eyes have had a much happier time of it!

    Congrats to your Grad, too!

  3. Shelly,

    Thanks for visiting!

We saw The Who last year- (at the tail end of their career!) but they were still very good! It was something I never expected would happen for me - seeing this legendary classic rock band! I was thrilled- even if my husband wasn't!

Hope you've had a good weekend!

Hope you're having a great weekend, dear Junie...it's been very humid over here and I'm complaining because my air conditioner hasn't been put in yet! lol Between the hot flashes...I mean power surges...hehe...and the humidity, I'm not having any fun! lol I don't know if I'd be able to survive your heat! Ugh! xoxo

  10. Hi Pea,

Glad you liked hearing the WHO song again! They were/ARE STILL- a great band!

Sorry you're having those 'hot times' too!

Air conditioning is something I'd sure have a hard time doing without!
WE have such long and hot summers here! And- tho I have lived in Fl almost my whole life I have never grown to love the hot summers!

    Have a good nite, Pea.

  12. Sally,

I didn't know much about The Who either until a couple years ago.
I was on this music message forum and, through some friends I got to know there, I got interested in checking out a lot of music I had missed through the years!

:) It seems I had missed a lot through the late 60s- early 70s when I was a new mom of 3 kids!

Anyway, I have had fun exploring all the music- and The Who is one of the favorites I've come to know!

LOL- Glad you like my silly blue that I used -ONLY to tie in this WHO song! haha

  19. Hi Doug,

    Thanks for coming over.

Oh, yah! I LOVE The Who, but I didn't get into their music so much until the past couple years; better late than never, tho! :)

We saw them in concert last year in Tampa!
That was something I never expected to happen . Our daughter gave us the tickets for our anniversary.
