OK- just a quick update...
It seems the computer problems are over for now and whatever the problem was has been fixed-so I was able to cancel the tech's visit today!
We were told there had been a lot of reports of problems in our area.
Anyway- all is well again!
Good thing, too, as I must get out to do some shopping today - lest we dine on bread and water for dinner tonight!

ReplyDeleteI'm back from my trip and now visiting my favourite people:-)Oh dear, no fun when you can't get online...we may say we are not internet fanatics but omigosh, do we feel lost when we can't get online! lol The first thing I did when I got back home...check my emails, before even unpacking my suitcase! lol Anyway, glad to hear that your modem now seems to be working again. Let's hope it continues that way:-)
Did you get to pick out new glasses today? We'll be waiting to see a picture:-) I need to go get my eyes checked too but I'm afraid he'll tell me they've gotten really bad with all the time I spend at the computer usually!!! Yikes! xoxo
