I've never seen a shrub like that. The flowers are gorgeous. Perfect for Ruby Tuesday.

Stephanie

and

Thanks for visiting me.

The Bottlebrush tree, I believe, is a tropical or sub-tropical tree so wouldn't do well in a cold climate.

It certainly lives up to its name!
The image has a Christmasy feel to it - I love it!

Hi Junie,

Oh, the bottlebrush tree is beautiful! Perfect for Ruby Tuesday.

I haven't done Ruby Tuesday in ages. Maybe I will do it again, soon.

Hugs,

Renie

Omigosh, Junie, how gorgeous that plant is!! The flowers truly do look like a bottle brush, don't they! Very awesome:-)

I just love the Rose of Sharon you showed in your previous post, it's so delicate. I don't think we can grow them over here since I've never heard of anyone having one around here.

Hope you're enjoying a great week...we're expecting frost again tonight so I haven't been able to plant my annuals as of yet. Fingers crossed that the weather does a turn around soon and we finally get warmer temps! Love ya! xoxo
