Can't watch, but IF it's the song "In God We Still Trust", Junie; I don't know if you get the Times Union paper, there was an article a couple days ago:
Parents of two 3rd graders are suing the school board because they were being taught this song in class for a program. The school took the song out of the program, but the parents are still suing.

Yes-it's that song.
I hadn't heard about that 'suing' situation but I am not a bit surprised!
Some radio stations have refused to play the song because of the 'offensive' lyrics...
'In God We Still Trust.'
