Messed up again!! :(

Death -
Taxes-
and Junie Rose messing up her blog!!
Yep-It's happened again-and a
big time mess this time!
I went to change my header
(which I have done many times before with no prob.)
but this time I removed part of the html by mistake and couldn't figure out what I had done.
So...smart me
(stupid me, that is!!)
decided to download the template again. I thought if it was the same one there would be no problem...
WRONG!!!
I lost ALL my modifications....My pics and quotes on the sidebar- ALL my addys to the blogs I visit- even my own additional blogs!
MY music songlist!!
OK-I KNOW all this can be restored...
(at least Ihope so)
but I've forgotten HOW I did this stuff in the first place!
Looking at all the html codes-I'm completely lost again-just as I was in the beginning of my blog set-up 4 years ago! I can't even find the place to put in the blog addresses of the people I visit! :(
( and a long and tedious job it will be even if I can figure out how to do it!!)
I did manage to get the header up!
(only because it was right at the top and I knew where to put it!)
Most of all-I miss my songs!!
I need help...but for now I'm saying, "To HECK with it!"
I'm going to bed!

Best thing to do is not to stress over it too much Junie. All will eventually work out and you'll get everything back in order soon. At least you didn't lose your whole blog...I mean everything all the way back to 4 years. I've heard of that happening to others, so that's one thing to be thankful for.
Oh, don't worry!! If you can remember one of your Other blogs, And you put link list on one of those, just go copy them from there...that goes for your music box as well...In fact, go to someone that has the Same music box You do, click on it and if you hadn't signed out of it, it will carry you straight to Your account!

I had not put my favorite blogs links on my other blogs...so I'll have to start from scratch with my links again! Oh well, it can be done! I DO have most of them in a file...just that it will take a lot of time to get them set up again!
As for my music list- I tried to get it back last night but am having trouble getting it linked to my blog again -lol- maybe it was the lateness of the hour and my frustrated state of mind!:) I'll probably be able to do it next time I try!
Mostly I'm just aggravated with myself for doing such a dumb thing!!

When you have your template the way you want it, copy it to a plain text editor and save it. In Windows, that would be CTRL+A, open Notepad, CTRL+V, Save. I dunno about Macs.

I know I should have done that...
actually, thought I had saved some templets in the past but couldn't find them so maybe they got deleted somehow. Anyway- getting it all back in order-will just take some time. There are a few links I won't need to put back -ppl who no longer blog-etc.

Yah-I was pretty frantic last night when I realized what I had done...but , yes, I got it under control now- I just need to get my blog favorites back in! It was such a stupid and careless mistake I made!! lol-all because I was bored and wanted to change my header for March!!!

Oh Junie...I'm sorry for your blog problems; but I know you'll get everything back...it's just a pain in the butt. I've heard other bloggers complain that the same thing happened to them with their sidebar lists....but, they eventually got it all back too.
