Visiting Pea's blog today I saw she had bought a nice bowl of cherries yesterday!

...funny how this blogging thing works, isn't it? You read something or see a picture on someone's blog and it sends your mind on a trip of it's own...thoughts pop up that were triggered by another's post...
OK - Pea's bowl of cherries brought to my mind immediately the old saying, 'Life is just a bowl of cherries!'

I saw the cherries at Pea's...I bet she makes a pie or crisp with em...
I know I do get inspired by others during blog visitation...and like you I try to give credit where credit is due.
I truly thought you might have gone out and purchase some of your own when I first started reading...but you included one of your collectibles...which btw...

:) and here am I - looking up all the 'Life is....' sayings! Started out to look for 'Life is Just a Bowl of Cherries' lyrics-or-quotes...(Didn't know for sure if it was a song- but , of course, it was!)

I just love Mary Engelbreit. My daugter, Julie, had that very picture...."Life is just a Chair of Bowlies" framed for Bella's room. It's great because Bella's last name is Bowley.

I've always liked Mary Engelbreit's work. Her stuff is what I would call "whimsical country."
That doll of yours is so cute.
