This is one of my favorite breakfasts -
a fried egg with cheddar cheese between 2 pieces of toasted Italian bread;
and coffee in one of my favorite mugs!

Yum!!! You're makin' me hungry. Breakfast's my favorite meal ever.
Looks good right about now. Might have something like that on an English muffin for lunch.

Ooh I've never tried a fried egg sandwich...it's always some form of scrambled. I will have to try this ASAP. Yum!
You know that looks pretty good...except for the egg part. I wish I liked eggs...they're so good for you; but I just never could tolerate the texture. Thank God all of my kids like them. Hope the New Year is going well for you Junie... ~Joy
