This is my granddaughter, Alli at 4th.Birthday with
They were very close as Mom had been with Alli all her life, 12 years!
Alli was born when Mom was in the hospital with cancer,
at the beginning of her illness! They were in the same hospital so Mom
saw the baby within a couple hours of her birth!
I love this picture. It makes me happy just looking at it!

Was just looking through some old pictures today and saw some of my Mom and Dad with our first grandchild - seems so long ago.
Was interesting to see the old ones of my daughters and how much like them their children look at that same age. ec

Photos are wonderful!
Since I was a kid I have had a camera so have boxes and albums of pictures everywhere!
I like to compare my kids and 'grands' too! :)...
Life is too precious not to record as we go along! IMHO :)
