Another icy day!
OK~
Alli - after reading my post today- reminded me of this other winter when we had icicles hanging from the citrus trees.
Actually, this was in our neighbor's yard.
Our neighbors had hoped to save these young orange trees from the freeze that had been predicted by running a sprinkler during the night.
When we saw this the next morning, Alli, of course, wanted to get some pics taken with this unusual sight! :)
...And I bet you folks thought we Floridians are only about SUNSHINE and BLUE SKIES!! ;)
Love,
Ginga

That's okay. Sometimes it even gets hot here.

Hi Junie.. Love the pic with the icicles hang from the orange tree Hope your neighbour was able to save the tree...
So sorry to read of peaches passing. Its never easy to loose a much loved pet thats been part of your life for so long.I cried buckets when our Clayton passed away aged 13 ... Take care have a good weekend
Hi Jen,
Thanks for your kind words.
Yes, it's always hard to lose our little pets. Peaches was nearly 13 years old so I have to be happy she had a long and good life with us.
Seems our fruit survived the recent cold! That pic of our neighbor's trees was in the past and -yes- those trees made it too and have produced fruit for a few years!
I will visit you soon- Have been a little off schedule in recent days.
Take care,
Junie
I'm guessing Alli didn't have a real warm coat to wear to keep her warm in that kind of weather.
Cute of her.
Carletta,
:) That coat was one of mine...just quickly grabbed to go out to get these pictures, This was an unusual event for us.
Yep, she was a cutie at this age.
Junie
