Brian's birthday-continued (for family)

Sanford is a neat town to visit- at least the part that we saw. It's the old downtown, with a lot of buildings left or restored to their original appearance of the distant past!   The streets are lined with antiques and specialty shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The whole area is beautifully landscaped and planted with spring flowers in bloom! It's more tropical than we are here, although less than a hundred miles south of us; so there are more palm trees growing there.

Here are some pictures of our day...Some at the apartment-some on the street and some at the restaurant.
