You see-I was not sure who wrote that song... (And just HAD to know who that person was who was your neighbor - and who would become famous!)
I thought CCR (OR 'Three Dog Night') had made it (the song) well known so assumed it was their song... However- there's no "Hoyt" in CCR or TDN.
...but- with my 'detective work' I find it's
