On our trip to visit our Orlando kids this past Sunday, we first stopped at our granddaughter's new place.

Allison is a college student at UCF and will graduate, May 2013. This apartment is ideal and she will probably stay here for awhile after she graduates.

These first pictures

 were made at Alli's place.

After a short stop at Alli's we all went on a few miles south to my daughter, Tammy's house.

We had a great few hours with all the kids.

A few more touches of Ruby Reds of our day!

Everyone was quite taken with our new baby, Drake!

 

Tammy and Terry's house and yard look really pretty. She recently had completed some projects, both inside and out!

I loved  the way it all came together...This is an old house and has the old Florida charm. Looks so tropical with the new paint job!

The dinner was yummy, too!

Yesterday we all went to visit our daughter and son-in-law in Orlando.

A good time was had by all...

-Charles and me- our 3 kids  and 2 of their spouses...our 5 grand kids, including our baby Drake!

This is the birthday week of Beverly  at  the home of

 "How Sweet The Sound~ Pink Saturday!"

Bev is celebrating a decade birthday

 (a BIG "O" ?) 

 and  since her favorite color is yellow she invited us to post in Pink AND yellow this week!

 There should be some cool combinations pop up,  and I plan to check them all out!

These are more pics from my girls' trip to California.

 I had posted  these blooms before 

(though NOT for Ruby Tues. 2)

 but didn't know what they were. Now I see the name is in another picture. 

 I love the color of these blooms of soft pink, accented with the deep red centers! 

Surprisingly too,

 (to me, anyway)

is that they grow on this cedar-like tree!

*One of the high-lights of the trip for Alli (and Tina also) was getting to see their favorite band perform again at one of the wineries in the San Francisco area! This is Alli with Tom of "Plain White T's" after the show!*

My girls recently visited San Francisco and other  coastal cities of California!

Here are pictures of my my daughter, Tina and  her daughter, Allison (with touches of pink) and some other pinks they saw!

My daughter and granddaughter were recently on a trip to San Francisco, Ca.

This was one of the stops they made on a bicycle tour of  the city.

This beautiful rock wall serves to fence off the hillside, with the steps leading to the site of the tower.

 They walked to the top of the Coit Tower; in all, a 400 step trek.

After visiting the tower, my girls  continued riding the bikes around the city, including across the Golden Gate Bridge - a total of 14 miles of biking for the day!
